“ What a great find- great local restaurant just outside of St Andrew’s. We had the rib-eye and fillet. The fillet pulled apart with a fork and was a perfectly cooked medium. More than worth the wait for the table. Atmosphere was also fantastic. Give it a try! ”

Staff were absolutely lovely and welcoming, they made a big impact -chefs too were friendly when saying hi to see the amazing work they are doing; you can see the whole kitchen at work and it was quite a show. Food was delicious, although the name has steak in it, we also saw delicious burgers and chicken kebabs which made ordering really difficult. Being inside a barn, we thought it would be very cold, especially at this time of the year, but it was warmer than our own home! The atmosphere was absolutely great. Staff made all the difference There are LOADS of gluten free options, such as the onion rings! Which, by the way, were delicious -not the usual greasy. I can't read this gem outside of St. Andrews any higher ”

“ We absolutely loved it here! During our 4-night stay in St Andrews, we ended up coming twice — it was that good. It’s really easy to find with plenty of parking. The service was friendly and efficient, and the food was incredible. The steak was cooked exactly how we like it, full of flavour, and the chips were perfectly crispy. I’m not normally a huge steak fan, but honestly, it was so good I went back for more — that says it all! On our first visit, we shared the Chateaubriand which was amazing, and on the second night I went for the fillet steak — also fantastic. There’s a kids’ menu too, and my daughter really enjoyed the sausages. Would highly recommend if you're in the area — we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in St Andrews.
